Prior to forming The Bridlebrook Group in 2002, he was a highly successful CEO. Earlier in his career, Bill served as a corporate lawyer and a designer of operating system software.

He has been featured in several different business publications, including Small Business News, which recognized him as one of the Philadelphia area’s leading dealmakers.

Bill has his B.S. in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University, an M.A. in Mathematics from Villanova University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Bill is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association, the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Jeff MacAdam, CBI

Jeff MacAdam member of several Business Broker AssociationsJeff MacAdam, Co-Founder & Vice President, brings a decade of experience in confidential business sales, mergers and acquisitions to The Bridlebrook Group. Jeff is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association and the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association.

CBIJeff is a Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”), the highly regarded designation of the International Business Brokers Association. The CBI designation is the mark of professionalism, commitment, and competence in the business brokerage industry, and is awarded to select intermediaries after the successful completion of extensive education and testing.

Jeff’s business background includes experience as Director of Franchise Sales for a nationally known franchisor and experience in marketing and sales with a local public company. He has a B.S. in Communications from Drexel University.
