It can demonstrate that the company has a future that a buyer will want to invest in and that the company likely has a good future. Because we live in a world that is changing so rapidly, business owners have to be sensitive to any changes in the demand for the products or services they offer. If there are new products or services coming on the market and business owners haven’t adapted to changing their offer or their marketing strategies, then the value of the business and interest by buyers will certainly go down.
